Rugged Research offers weekly nature adventure classes for young explorers ages 3–6. Each class is led by experienced Park Rangers, Naturalists, and Environmental Educators who guide our “Little Rangers” through hands-on discovery in the great outdoors.

Through play, curiosity, and adventure, Little Rangers learn to become caring, inquisitive stewards of the natural world, building the foundation for a lifelong love of nature.

We believe that purposeful exploration is key to a child’s growth and development. Nature-based learning sparks wonder, encourages problem-solving, and supports all learning styles.

​

Classes are held in a variety of beautiful Colorado parks, allowing children to experience the magic of each season and the diversity of local ecosystems.

Get ready to run, jump, dig, splash, and get a little muddy—because that’s how we learn best!
